Information you choose to send
Inquiry forms collect the contact and property details you enter. The site may attach limited routing context—such as the practice, a public market or property identifier, the selected action, campaign labels you arrived with, and the referring page without its query—so WMR can route, attribute, and answer the request. The server derives the request path without its query or fragment and records receipt time. Submissions are delivered to WMR through its existing website contact service.
Saved and compared properties
Saved properties, comparison selections, and your Homes or Commercial preference are kept in this browser’s local storage. No account is required. You can remove individual selections through the site or clear this site’s stored data in your browser.
IDX search and external services
The Search page loads IDX Broker services to provide participating property information. On Featured property pages, selecting “Load All Listing Photos” or “Load live remarks” loads the relevant provider-hosted listing record inside the page. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and cookies under their own policies. Links to listing records, disclosures, and press coverage open third-party sites governed by their own privacy practices.
Use, sharing, and retention
WMR uses inquiry information to respond, route the request, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the site. WMR does not sell inquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers that support delivery, hosting, IDX search, or legal compliance.
Your choices
